Sunday School at Our Saviour Church will be starting again on September 13, 2009, at 9:00 AM.
Our Sunday School program is for children starting at age 3 through 9th Grade.
Our classrooms are bursting with energy, excitement, and true Bible learning. Every week, students hear the Good News of Christ’s death and resurrection in every lesson and are exposed to a substantial scope of Bible stories at all age levels!
Blessing of the Backpacks and School Supplies Collection
On September 13th, we are asking students of all ages to bring their school bags/backpacks to church for the “Blessing of the Backpacks” to start the new school year. We will also be collecting a variety of school supplies such as crayons, pencils, notebooks, pens, glue sticks, etc., to give to the local food pantry for students who may not be able to provide their own supplies for the school year. We look forward to kicking off the new year both for school and Sunday School with you all on the 13th!

There will be a second Veggie Event on Saturday, August 22nd at 2:30pm. Big Idea’s newest VeggieTales movie is entitled Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah’s Umbrella. (We all know, it’s not about the Ark, after all!) In true Indiana Jones style, Minnesota Cuke will teach a lesson in confidence and should prove most entertaining. Just like our last Veggie Event, there will be gifts for the kids and some refreshments provided (as supplies last).
Refreshments will be provided to children as long as supplies last. A free-will offering basket will be out in lieu of any admission charges. Please email parishlife@oursaviourchurch.org for further information.

Come join us this August, Monday the 10th through Friday the 14th. The program is for children (entering school in September) Pre-K through 6th Grade. Older children are welcome to join us as helpers.
Registration forms will be available in the Narthex at church, just stop by and sign up or download it here (PDF, 565 KB).
